iService Tablet Setup

Before you launch iService on a tablet, we recommend 3 easy steps:

1. Ensure a supported browser’s installed (iService supports Chrome & Safari.)
2. Bookmark your iService URL
   It’s the same URL you use on desktop. Consider making it the browser’s homepage!
3. Grant iService permission to record
   Once you’re logged into iService, follow these steps to make sure it can access both camera & microphone for recording.

Supported Hardware/Software

• Most widely-available Android & Apple tablets are supported, but…
  Only Androids support pausing while recording videos. If you’re providing tablets to your Technicians, we strongly recommend Android.
• Chrome & Safari
  Tablets run iService through a web browser, not an App.
